Ken Triplett - Principal
Ken Triplett has over 34 years of experience in the Construction Industry. Ken is responsible for Pre-Construction Services, Estimating, and Contracts. His ability to provide accurate Conceptual Estimating thru Final Pricing has enabled Triplett Wellman to be a strong competitor in the industry. Ken has served on the Associated General Contractors-Oregon/Columbia Chapter’s Board of Directors and presently is a Mentor in the Port of Portland’s Mentor/Protégé Program for Disadvantaged Business Enterprise’s, he also serves on the Board of Directors for Mid-Valley Bank. He graduated from the University of Oregon with a degree in Business and Finance.
Gene Wellman - Principal
Gene Wellman has over 33 years of experience in the Construction Industry. Gene will be the active principal contact from the beginning of construction to completion. His primary role is to ensure the Project Superintendent and Project Manager are given the tools to accomplish their tasks. In the field, he works with the Project Superintendent to ensure that labor force, product, and equipment are on site when required. In the office he works with the Project Manager to monitor the day-to-day submittal and procurement process. Gene's hands-on approach in reviewing safety, progress, schedule, and quality control, ensures the project runs smoothly. He serves as Chairman of St.Luke’s Catholic Church Administration Council and is on the Board of Directors for Mid-Valley Bank.
